Information you provide

Our project form collects the details you enter, such as your name, company, email or phone number, vehicle information, project scope, installation location, artwork preferences, and notes.

The installer application also asks for business and contact details, service areas, travel radius, experience, team size, availability, installation capabilities, work-sample links, certifications, and insurance status. Optional fields are marked on the form.

These forms do not request payment details, identification documents, or insurance documents. Please do not include sensitive personal information or customer-confidential material in your notes or linked samples.

How we use your information

We use project information to respond to your inquiry, discuss pricing and scope, and coordinate requested work. We use installer information to review applications, assess location and capability fit, and contact applicants about relevant projects.

Submitting a form does not subscribe you to a newsletter. An installer application does not automatically create a public listing or an approved partnership. If project coordination involves an installer or another service provider, relevant job details may need to be shared to arrange that work.

Form delivery and service providers

When you submit either form, your information is sent to FormSubmit for processing and delivery to our business inbox at wraptorfleets@gmail.com. Our email service processes and stores the resulting correspondence. FormSubmit may use spam protection and cookies as part of its service. Read the FormSubmit privacy terms (PDF).

Website hosting, Google Fonts, and form or spam-protection services may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser details, and page requests when providing their services. Google’s handling of information is described in its Privacy Policy.

Cookies and other websites

We have not added advertising pixels or analytics trackers to this website. Hosting and third-party services may use cookies or similar technologies for their own functions. Your browser settings let you manage cookies; blocking them may affect form submission or spam checks.

The Facebook button is a link, not an embedded social feed. If you follow links to Facebook, other Wraptor websites, or a third-party portfolio, the destination’s own privacy practices apply.

Records and your choices

Submitted information becomes part of our business correspondence and may be retained in project or installer records. You can contact us to ask about information you submitted, request a correction or deletion, or tell us you no longer want to be considered for installer opportunities.

We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. Some records may need to be retained for an active project, legal obligations, or resolving a dispute. No online form or email service can guarantee absolute security.
